Both poems by Robert Frost explore the passage of time and life’s changing moments. Write about a time when something in your life changed more quickly than you expected. How does this experience connect to Frost’s idea that “Nothing gold can stay”?

A time when something in my life changed more quickly than I expected is when 2 of my dogs died within the same week. Earlier this year two of my dogs died very suddenly. It changed the way I thought of things and really made me appreciate things while I have them. I love dogs and this experience truly reflects Frost's idea that nothing gold can stay.
