Prompt: Write about a dream that felt real.

 A dream that felt real is when I was little, I had a dream that I took the car out by myself. I was about 6 and the dream felt so real that I was convinced for weeks it had happened. My parents reassured me and told me it didn't actually happen. It felt very real and it was a really fun experience to have had.

Summary: Today in class we completed a news ela assignment and worked on unit 3 vocab.

Reflection: I bettered my vocab and my reading comprehension.

Thinking about "The Rockpile," what is something your parents forbade you from doing when you were growing up? Explain what it was and why they might have set that rule.

When I was young, my parents forbade me from riding my bike out of the neighborhood. They did this because they were fearful of the busy roads outside of our neighborhood. They also worried about the danger of me being a little kid riding around. Although they had set this rule, I rarely followed it. Summary: Today we worked on our PowerPoints.
