 One tradition that is important to my family is going up to Virginia after Christmas. Every year after Christmas, my family and I go up to Virginia to visit our family. I really enjoy this tradition because I get to see my family and also have a second Christmas.

Summary: we didnt have class today.

Thinking about "The Rockpile," what is something your parents forbade you from doing when you were growing up? Explain what it was and why they might have set that rule.

When I was young, my parents forbade me from riding my bike out of the neighborhood. They did this because they were fearful of the busy roads outside of our neighborhood. They also worried about the danger of me being a little kid riding around. Although they had set this rule, I rarely followed it. Summary: Today we worked on our PowerPoints.
