 I took a hiatus from school by camping. Me and some buddies really wanted to go out camping so we did. I have had many breaks like this, and they are always very impactful. I learn a lot about myself and find so much peace in nature.

Reflection: I learned more rhetorical devices and bettered my understanding on them.

Thinking about "The Rockpile," what is something your parents forbade you from doing when you were growing up? Explain what it was and why they might have set that rule.

When I was young, my parents forbade me from riding my bike out of the neighborhood. They did this because they were fearful of the busy roads outside of our neighborhood. They also worried about the danger of me being a little kid riding around. Although they had set this rule, I rarely followed it. Summary: Today we worked on our PowerPoints.
